pCloud is offering lifetime pay-once plans for cloud storage. Because, like I said, it's eminently possible to pay *once* for something and be done, without any subscription (which could and usually does go up over time based purely on whether the vendor feels like it).

If your first thought when you read this is: "Is this sustainable?", just understand that NOTHING IS SUSTAINABLE and that's really, really NOT what your first thought should be.
