Stop Newsletters from Clogging up Your Inbox
There is a service called Kill the Newsletter! that will turn your newsletter subscriptions into a feed.
How does Kill the Newsletter! work? Create a feed with the form above and Kill the Newsletter! provides you with an email address and an Atom feed. Emails that are received at that address are turned into entries in that feed. Sign up to a newsletter with that address and use your feed reader to subscribe to that feed.
Mastodon
- How to follow a hashtag on Mastodon with RSS
- There is an RSS feed of your posts aka Toots
- You can find it by adding .rss to the end of your profile like this:
Here's an example of mine:
https://indieweb.social/@techlifeweb.rss
Bluesky
- Similar to Mastodon, you can get a feed of your Bluesky posts by addin /rss to the end of your profile. The main difference here is that the URL changes when you put it in your browser. Kind of annoying because what you see isn't what you get but it works. Here is mine for example:
https://bsky.app/profile/techlifeweb.bsky.social/rss
becomes
https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:tgso5pdkmwek624uzfba4btb/rss
Other
