Hello Ions,
As part of recognizing the extraordinary contributions of two long-serving members of the Ionis Board of Directors who are retiring this month, we are renaming two conference rooms at HQ in their honor:
Wender Conference Room (A215) - previously Crook Conference Room
Parshall Conference Room (A118) - previously Archimedes Conference Room
These room dedications recognize the lasting impact of Joseph Wender and B. Lynne Parshall, who will retire from the Ionis Board this month following decades of service to the company. Mr. Wender joined the Board in 1994 and has served as Lead Independent Director since 2020. Ms. Parshall joined Ionis in 1991 and held numerous leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Director. Lynne joined the Ionis Board in 2000.
